Cell Phone store staff, most cell phone store corporate or not are staffed by the same, know it all, bluetools who get 99% of their information from hofo and will tell you what ever you want to hear to close the deal. They usually work on commission, but its yet to be known what they’ll get for new iPhone contracts. Wonder how that works at an apple store.

I think the apple store staff will be better staffed more knowledgeable and usually give better customer service then any cell phone store I’ve ever been in.
